Life happens sometimes. I totally get it! I will always use this as a last resort, but as someone who is self-employed it is important I have these policies in place.

All new colour clients are required to pay a £50 deposit at your consultation.

Cancellations require 48 hours notice for cuts, and 72 hours notice for colour. A 50% charge will be taken for any appointments cancelled within these timeframes or without giving notice at all.

All colour clients need to be patch tested prior to colour appointments and must be over 18 years of age. I may ask to check your ID if you’re lucky enough to look so youthful.
